Today is a historic occasion to honor Prem Ras Siddhant and express gratitude towards it- Today, we will place Prem Ras Siddhant on our heads, drape ourselves with Radheshyami, and while offering countless prostrations at our Guruvar’s feet, we will circumambulate this great scripture, which has already benefited millions spiritually and will continue to uplift billions more. On the Radheshyami, the sacred phrases 'Haraye Namah' and 'Gurave Namah' are inscribed in Shri Maharaj Ji’s own handwriting. We should wear it with this sentiment so that even if we are not actively contemplating, "Haraye Namah, Guruve Namah" will continue in our minds automatically. We pray to Shri Maharaj Ji that the profound philosophy of this scripture penetrates deeply into our intellect, as its depth cannot be fully grasped even after repeated study. Keeping all these feelings in our hearts, today we will circumambulate the Prem Ras Siddhant scripture and pray to Shri Maharaj Ji and Amma Ji that we may be able to implement these principles in our lives practically. Since 1940, Shri Maharaj Ji has been distributing the nectar of divine love through Hari Nāma Sankīrtana for hours on end. People were overwhelmed with divine love, while he himself would often transcend into divine ecstasy. Then, he was reminded of the very purpose of his divine incarnation. Traveling from place to place, he observed that hypocrisy and pretense were spreading in the name of Sanatan Dharma. Our ancient traditions and beliefs were gradually fading. At that time, his devoted followers prayed, “Please bless us with a scripture compiling the divine teachings you so graciously impart to us." Thus began the journey of Prem Ras Siddhant. In 1954, Shri Maharaj Ji revealed this scripture. He said, "My thoughts flow so fast that I cannot write them myself." He called a devotee and kept speaking while the devotee wrote. He personally proofread the scripture and rode a bicycle to the printing press himself. In 1955, many copies were published and became available to the common people.
The true essence of this sacred scripture lies in its ability to awaken an intense longing for the sweet divine union with our most beloved Shri Krishna. That is something we can never fully repay. However, while expressing our gratitude and thankfulness towards Maharaj Ji, we can pray to him to increase our longing. Everyone should have a copy of Prem Ras Siddhant. We must take a vow to distribute this scripture to more and more people, yet not feel satisfied. We will tell everyone that this scripture is the supreme medicine from our most beloved Guruvar Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, which has benefited us immensely. Just as the Gita and Ramayana grace countless homes today, Prem Ras Siddhant too shall one day be present in every household.
